Limitation of Liability
You are accessing the portal of the Jamaica Customs Agency. You declare that you are aware of the risks and accept them. You are strongly encouraged to protect yourself against the risks of computer malware by using an appropriate and secured computer environment; in particular by using regularly-updated virus detection and eradication software.

Personal Information
Any data of a personal nature that you communicate on the customs portal will be treated in compliance with the law concerning the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of data of a personal nature.

Authorised Use
This is a protected website. Unauthorised access and unauthorised modifications are offences under the Cyber Crimes Act, 2010 and any other related legislation; it is unlawful therefore to cause damage to it intentionally or to any Customs electronic facility or data through the knowing transmission of any program, information, code or command.

Security
You must always keep your user ID and password safe and secret. If you forget your user ID, you can ask for it to be re-issued via e-mail or by using the customs portal. If you forget your password, you can request a replacement.

Service Access
Customs will try to ensure that the online service is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7). If the service is interrupted, the Jamaica Customs Agency will restore it as soon as possible. However access to the service may be suspended without notice. If the service is disrupted, it remains your responsibility to comply with any statutory time limits regarding the filing of customs declarations.
